Term of Service
Welcome to Tailgate Limo Atlanta. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using our transportation services. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All guarantees apply only to the original reservation. Any changes to pickup location, time, passenger count, or vehicle type may void guarantees. Pickup addresses must be accurate. If the selected vehicle does not match actual group or luggage needs, responsibility lies with the customer.
General Terms
Bookings & Availability
- Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Advance booking is strongly recommended for game days, stadium events, and peak dates.
- Vehicle availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed deposit.
Payment Policies
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the service date.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and fee-free options such as Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
- Credit card payments may include processing fees.
Hourly Service & Overtime
- A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and sprinter vehicles.
- Some events, peak dates, or specialty vehicles may require longer minimums.
- Billing is calculated in full-hour increments after the minimum time.
- Late-night services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. may include a surcharge of $25 to $50.
Holiday & Long-Distance Travel
- Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius from our garage may include additional mileage and travel time charges.
- Holiday events and high-demand weekends may include premium pricing.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Airport Transfers
- Local airport transfers require at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellation.
- Domestic and international airport transfers require 24 hours’ notice.
Hourly Rentals & Events
- Cancellations within 30 business days result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 15 business days are charged the full service amount.
- All game-day, stadium, concert, tailgate, prom, and tournament reservations are non-refundable.
Reservation Changes
- All cancellations or changes must be confirmed in writing by our office.
- Contacting the driver directly for changes or cancellations is not permitted.
Cleaning & Damage Policy
- No eating or smoking is allowed inside any vehicle.
- Smoking results in a $600 cleaning fee.
- Vomiting or sickness inside the vehicle results in a $500 cleaning fee.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
Waiting Time & Extra Stops
Complimentary Waiting Time
- 15 minutes for residential, hotel, and office pickups.
- 30 minutes for domestic airport arrivals.
- 60 minutes for international airport arrivals.
Additional Stops
- Each additional stop within a reasonable distance is charged at $25.
SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS communications from Tailgate Limo Atlanta, you consent to receive text messages related to bookings, reminders, service updates, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Safety & Conduct
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate service termination without refund.
- Standing through sunroofs or engaging in unsafe behavior is not allowed.
- Disruptive or dangerous conduct may result in service cancellation with no refund.
Liability
- Tailgate Limo Atlanta is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
- If a vehicle issue occurs, a comparable replacement will be provided when possible.
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles, though reasonable efforts will be made to recover lost items.
Final Agreement
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of trip completion. Thank you for choosing Tailgate Limo Atlanta. We look forward to being part of your game day experience.
